We consider any proof or author copies to be late or lost in transit if it has been 3 days or more

When will my proof or author copy arrive?
If it has been 3 days or more since the delivery estimate has passed, and you didn’t receive your package, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date about a refund. If it has been more than 30 days since the delivery estimate has passed, the shipment is no longer eligible for a refund.
For missing packages that show as delivered, please check around the delivery area with neighbors or offices where the package might have been dropped off in error, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so. If you’re unable to locate the package and haven’t received the package within 3 days of the delivery estimate, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery estimate about a refund.
